Today we signed the contract to purchase the Lodge at 201 Pinecrest Way in the small town of Palmer Lake, CO. It happened to be Giving Tuesday as well as the day we first posted the video of the lodge. A big day! At this time (and Giving Tuesday isn’t over!), we’ve received just over $30,700 in donations. How blessed we are!

Getting close to buying our first home!
We’re excited to be days away from signing a contract on a beautiful lodge! The problem is that we can’t show it yet since we’ve signed an NDA. Check back within the next week when we will be unveiling it to everyone!
Launching Phase One!
After many months of looking for land and learning more and more about zoning and land use approval processes, we know we need to start our dream in phases. We are excited to change our focus to starting with one home for our first residents and their caregiver(s). We are looking for a house with many bedrooms or a lodge/inn and have several possibilities we’re learning more about.
We plan to see our first home off to a good start with thriving residents and then continue looking for land that will work for our full model.

Excited to be moving forward!
Although we’ve kept putting effort over the years into making Hilltop Ranch a reality, we’re now putting our full effort forward along with others who have joined us.
