Justin Perry is the Chief Operating Officer and partner in a multi-store nationally franchised restaurant group located throughout the front range of Colorado. During his time serving as COO, Justin helped his group grow from 3 to 9 locations in 10 years, including developing 7 freestanding commercial real estate locations also owned by the group. Justin manages over 225 employees that serve over 13,000 guests per week.
Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. After college, he attended Navy OCS Pensacola FL and received a commission as an Officer in the United States Navy. During his time as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer, Justin earned an MBA and became a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. Justin’s decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Following his time on Active Duty, Justin continued his service to the United States as a civilian with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers managing over $500 Million in military construction projects. His projects include facilities and infrastructure programs for the F-35 JSF and the 7th & 10th Special Forces Groups. Justin held Defense Acquisition University certifications and a Top Secret Security Clearance .
Justin is a native of Colorado Springs. He has been married to his beautiful wife Christina for 16 years. Justin and Christina have a heart for and over 15 years experience in the special needs community as they are blessed with two fearfully and wonderfully made children with a rare genetic neurological condition. Justin enjoys camping, fishing and hunting as well as coaching ice hockey.
